Whether, it is Ventilation or Exhaust from an industrial space or from a commercial complex, the first option of a fan required to move air is an Axial Fan.

Axial Fans are very compact, simple in construction, easy to install with many mounting options. A choice of an axial fan can be made to meet a range of capacities and pressures, yet having a good efficiency.

SGN Axial Fans are optimized assemblages of hubs and blades and drive motors in appropriate housings. Blades in several sizes and different numbers are bolted on the hub at different angles. Therefore, a multitude of combinations of sizes of hubs, number of blades, various blade angles and motor speeds offer you many options out of which a choice can be made for:

SGN Fan Blades are available in four different materials:

• GRP-Glass Reinforced Polypropylene – These blades have a safe operating temperature ranging from 40 degree C to 70 degree C. The chemical resistance of polypropylene is good when exposed to some diluted acids and alkalis, satisfactory with oils and, at normal temperatures, good with various organics such as alcohols, ketones, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons
• GRN-Glass Reinforced Nylon 66 – These blades have greater strength and higher temperature capability (40 degree C to 150 degree C) of non radiant heat. Higher speeds are acceptable for impellers fitted with GRN blades
• Aluminium – LM6 blades are proven for use in emergency smoke and fume extraction applications up to 400 degree C. They are also suitable for continuous operation from 40 degree C to 250 degree C
• Anti Static Paint Finish – These blades can be supplied on GRN blades if required for ‘non sparking’ applications.

SGN Axial Fan impeller sizes ranges from 250 mm to 2500 mm.
